Hi, I haven't started my medik8 regime yet as I'm waiting to finish my gatineau batch, I was advised to try this brand by a friend I have noticed puffiness & lines around my mouth sagging etc, I have all the medik8 products now, Cleansers, Toners, Hydra B5 intense, Retinol 3 face & eyes, Advanced peptides mp, Night restore & spf day cream, all I need now is my HEO Mask which will be here soon & I was wondering where I could get any samples of the R Retonate intense products to try before I purchase the larger ones as I don't know if the is a medik8 store in Newcastle, I would really appreciate the help thank you Regards Mrs Reay

I am at the phasing-in stage of using the r-Retinoate Intense and also the Day & Night formulation at the moment. Once I get to the nightly stage can I alternate with Crystal Retinal 10 (or another retinol brand) just so the r-Retinoate product can last longer? Also, I am fortunate that I do not have sensitive skin. Can I use Press and Glow for toning and brightening purposes (I have hyperpigmentation) in my r-Retinoate regime or is this an unnecessary step?

However, you can certainly use your Night & Day in the morning and either your Intense or Crystal Retinal in the evenings.
