Does not feel heavy like some of the night creams, it truly nourishes the skin, so when you wake up the skin still feels soft and hydrated. "This is a perfect night cream for my combination mature skin. It's rich and moisturising but not greasy, it absorbs really well in the skin and you only need a little bit to cover your face and neck. It can be safely used around the eyes too (upper lids included) as it doesn't irritate your eyes. It doesn't clog the pores and gives your skin a sheer gloss. The skin does look smoother and plumper shortly after the use and the effect last through the night. It's so hydrating that a serum before this cream is not mandatory to hydrate your skin, but you can use one if you wish to (I use Medik8 Liquid Peptides serum because I also use Crystal Retinal every night). This cream is a key part of my daily skincare routine and I highly recommend it."
