Works for combo skin

"I wasn’t sure I’d like this because I usually don’t prefer oils since I’m combo skin - they tend to make me break out. But this oil absorbs quickly and smells pleasant and I didn’t notice any breakouts. I haven’t noticed a ton of results yet because it’s only been a few weeks but my skin does seem brighter overall. I especially like it for travel. I think it would be even better for skin on the drier side or during dry winters. If you’re on the fence, this is the perfect way to try it out! I recently switched over to all medik8 products and I have gotten so many compliments on my skin so I don’t think you can go wrong with their products. Q&A

I'm so confused! I just want something to reduce the wrinkles! After using your micellar mousse and then your Press and Glow, I use your Vit C C-Tetra Cream with SPF30, followed by an SPF50 sunscreen and a foundation of SPF30. In the evenings after mousse and toner it's either your Retinol Smoothing Night Cream or Crystal Retinale 3 (I alternate them). Is there anything else I should be doing? I've been reading about CSA, not sure if I should be doing more? I don't have limitless funds, but I want to do what's right for my 64 year old face - preferably whilst there's an offer on!!! Many thanks.
Hi Ruth. You’re actually already very close to a perfect CSA routine. The key now is progression rather than adding lots more steps. We’d recommend gradually working up the Crystal Retinal ladder beyond Retinal 3, as this is where you’ll see the most impact on fine lines and wrinkles over time. If you wanted to add anything extra, Exo-PDRN Prismatic+ is a great supportive step for overall skin quality and rejuvenation, your core routine is already solid.
Hi! Big fan of C-tetra Luxe, but so far I've only used it in my AM routine as my PM routine involves the Retinol 6R and also occasionally an AHA/BHA exfoliation (baby facial by D.E. or the Dennis Gross peels) so I am not sure whether it is ok to also include C-tetra luxe in this routine (I'd love to, hence the ask). Can you please shed light?
Hi there, thanks for your question! We're thrilled to hear your incredible CSA regime. C-Tetra Luxe works best in the morning with SPF as an antioxidant. Keep evenings for retinal and exfoliants so Vitamin A can do its overnight repair.
I have read that grapefruit peel oil is photosensitive and should not be used in daytime products. Then why does c-tetra luxe include grapefruit peel oil? What’s the purpose of adding it?
Hi, in our vitamin C serums the essential oils are used in tiny percentages, just to add a subtle natural aroma to the products. At these low levels the essential oils will not cause phototoxic effects.
Is there a time limit once the bottle is opened to use it within?
