"I’ve been using this for a couple of months now. It’s quite pleasant to use, I didn’t have irritation even though my skin can be a bit sensitive. I really had to get used to the smell. I think it’s doing something good for my skin but will have to move to the higher strengths to see if that will give more obvious results. "Have been using this for a couple of months, it's a nice cream with a gentle scent (slightly vanilla), moisturising, and lightweight consistency. I can't say I've seen any improvement to my skin texture, but it's only been a few months. I don't really have wrinkles but I'm hoping this keeps them at bay! My only point of dissatisfaction is that for the price the packaging feels very cheap - not even a glass cap, and I don't like that I won't be able to easily get all the product out without cutting the tube eventually."
"I couldn't use any retinol products before I tried the Medik8 retinal range. I started on the serum at strength 3 but then moved to the Crystal Retinal. It is gentle and my skin accepts it well. Importantly it works. My skin is looking better than it did 15 years ago in terms of glow and texture and elasticity. I wish they did larger tubes or bottles for the body! I wish I had started using this years ago. Highly recommend. Don't forget to use SPF and put a moisturiser on after applying the crystal retinal in the evening.
