Will this help hereditary under eye dark circles?

Hi Sam, great question! In general, it is harder to reduce dark circles that are hereditary, than it is to reduce ones that are through lifestyle, for example. You could certainly try it, we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee, we just ask that the product is half-full.

Recently I got this product and wondered - is it ok that the bottle was empty for a third?

Hello Maria, Thanks for your question. I can assure you the amount in the bottle is completely normal and can advise that our C-Tetra is a 7ml fill in a 10ml bottle. The bottle is a Type 3 glass so it will have differing base level thickness's which will result in different appearances of the fill level (all will be 7ml). We also fill to a 1-3% overfill tolerance using weight and weigh all products at the end of the process to capture any miss fills. Whilst there are no contraindications from using C-Tetra Eye at night and this can still continue to help stimulate collagen production, we have designed our Vitamin C range to be used in the mornings to fit our CSA Philosophy which is Vitamin C and Sunscreen by day, Vitamin A by night. I’m just wondering if I need to use something on top of the serum snd if so what is the best option? Will Illuminating eye balm be sufficient?

I have been using this serum for a week and have notified it is discolouring my under eye area giving the appearance of fake tan. There are no other side effects. Will this stop with continued use or is this product not suitable for my skin?

Hello Sara, It’s uncommon for C-Tetra Eye to cause discoloration resembling a fake tan, as it is a brightening Vitamin C serum designed to even out skin tone. Make sure you're applying sunscreen during the day, especially when using Vitamin C products. Sun exposure can cause pigmentation issues, and Vitamin C can increase photosensitivity.
