"I've used retinols for years. I'm not seeing any changes, so I'll increase the strength with my next order. I would like to comment on the packaging. My order arrived with a broken pump. The product would not dispense. Medik8 immediately replaced. Both boxes arrived with a sealed top - a round sticker so that opening the top of the box would be evident, but the bottom is not sealed in any way. Anyone can open the bottom of the box, tamper with product, then re-close the box and return. I don't understand the purpose of only sealing the top of the box."

I think it’s doing something good for my skin but will have to move to the higher strengths to see if that will give more obvious results. The big downside is the price, and it becomes more expensive with each step so I’ll need to see it makes a difference to continue."
