"I really love your products and have absolutely no complaints about the quality. I just have a suggestion regarding the hyaluronic acid cap: when I use it after applying any other product (in my case, vitamin C from your brand), it’s always quite difficult to open the hyaluronic acid bottle because the cap is made of glossy metal and my hands are very moisturized after applying the vitamin C. Maybe you could consider adding some ridges to the cap. Thank you"
