For the best results, we recommend using the Ultimate Recovery Bio-Cellulose Mask once a week as a deeply hydrating treatment, or whenever your skin needs an extra boost. Leave it on for up to 15 minutes after cleansing, then gently massage the remaining serum into your skin.

Can the ultimate recovery bio-cellulose mask be used when pregnant?

Hello Emilly, Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, as a cosmetic brand, we are unable to provide specific medical advice relating to our products. We would strongly advise speaking with your GP or Midwife so that they can give you an accurate recommendation. The full ingredients list for each of our products can be found on the product pages of the Medik8 website. However, for general guidance, the main ingredient we recommend avoiding during pregnancy or nursing is vitamin A; found in Intelligent Retinol, Crystal Retinal, any r-Retinoate and Intelligent Retinol Smoothing Night Cream. Can you out the mask in the fridge before applying ?

Hi Michelle, this should not be a problem, though we do not recommend storing the Ultimate Recovery Bio-Cellulose Masks in the fridge long-term.

How do I know when the sheetmask expires?

Hi Nahid, thanks for your question. Each individual sheet mask lasts 30 months unopened and once opened, must be used immediately. It's worth noting that; for the majority of our products, we have a period after opening (PAO) of 12 months. We manufacture in small batches and ordering from us directly means you can rest assured products are coming to you fresh and direct from the lab. If a product has a shorter shelf-life than 12 months, we clearly state in the directions of use and often provide a product like this in a pack of two so it has a longer use from purchase.
